Having been preserved as a secret supreme, for centuries, The Kashmiri Shaiva Trika  Tantra is an excellent Yoga Tantra system of teachings that are believed to originate directly from Shiva & Shakti & which revolves around the concept of a direct experience (Pratyaksha pramana). Tantra is an extremely revolutionary discipline and it’s profoundly different from other spiritual traditions. Being strongly rooted in reality, in the body, Tantra uses non-dual reality to reach the transcendence of it & it doesn’t do it only via philosophically, but in an experiential and an experiential way.

The Trika System Uses a three-fold system of self-realization. These namely  Bhakti ( Surrender to the self), Gyana (Knowledge from the Agami Tantra scriptures), And Kriya (Yogic meditative means) to realize the self.

Tantra teaches the practice of working with the most subtle energies within one’s mind & body on the path to enlightenment, through famously complex Tantra Sara, Spanda Karika, Shiva sutras, which helps practitioners with a basic understanding of emptiness dissolve their ordinary sense of self & re-create themselves in the ideal form of the Siva & Shakti, the deity pair in the union, who represent omniscient – the union of great bliss & the wisdom perceiving emptiness & void states that are full of energy or shakti.
